A Winning Managed Transaction Starts with a Consultation

The session will discuss reasons the Licensee and the Consumer benefits from a Licensee providing a ”counseling” or “consultation” opportunity early in the relationship. We will review and discuss a track or system of successful questions for the licensee to ask during a typical consultation interview. Opportunities exist for the Licensee to promote their own individual differentiation and create added value from the variety of information they will share. The Goal of a good counseling or consultation session is to have the consumer comfortable with the Licensee, build trust, and commit to working only with that Licensee during their home sale or search.
