Is Leaders Elite a Web-only curriculum?
Yes. All course instruction is taught online. However, instruction is always conducted by a live Leaders Elite trainer in real time who is also available to talk to you by phone before or after the Webinar.
How often does Leaders Elite conduct Webinars?
Two to three times every week. Click here for a full calendar and a brief description of all upcoming Leaders Elite Webinars.
How do I get my logo into the system?
Your logo should already be included when you sign up. To check, log into “My Personal Virtual Marketing Agency,” and click on the “My Account” tab at the top. Scroll down to “Office Information.” If your logo and/or information are correct, do nothing.

I know you have logos for franchises, but how about for independents?
We have tried to include every logo possible, but if we have missed one, “My Personal Virtual Marketing Agency” has a system for uploading it.
What is “My Personal Activity Planner”?
Just as a bathroom scale is critical to measuring the success of a diet, the Leaders Elite Activity Planner System helps keep you focused, on track and accountable for your real estate activities. Within your profile, you can insert your manager or accountability partner’s name. Every 48 hours, they will receive an e-mail notification of what work their partner is doing — and not doing. As you accumulate points from completing activities that are weighted according to their expected ROI, those points will translate into increased transactions per week.
Can I brand marketing materials in “My Personal Virtual Marketing Agency”?
Yes. Your Leaders Elite membership allows you to take advantage of a whole host of tools. Simply log in to Leaders Elite and then click on the “Elite Tools” tab. Choose “My Personal Virtual Marketing Agency.” From there, click on the “Catalog” tab at the top of the page, and then browse your options for creating branded newsletters, postcards, campaigns, marketing plans, client follow-up and seasonal collateral materials. E-mails are free, and printed items carry a per-piece charge that includes postage.
How do I import my contacts into “My Personal Virtual Marketing Agency”?
- Log into “My Personal Virtual Marketing Agency.”
- Click “Work with all my contacts” on the upper left-hand side.
- Then click “Import new contacts” under “Quick Options” on the right side.
- Follow the instructions to import contacts from your personal e-mail address book.

I see that Leaders Elite offers an expired leads service and access to Real Estate Power Tools and The Personal Marketing Company. What if I already subscribe to one or more of these services on my own?
Your Leaders Elite subscription fee includes unlimited use of one of North America’s premier expired lead services as well as Real Estate Power Tools and The Personal Marketing Company. Since these services are included with your Leaders Elite membership, why pay extra on your own?
Are expired leads available for my market?
Yes. U.S. agents who are part of an established MLS system can access all expired leads in their market. By law, Canadian agents cannot contact expired leads.
What if expired leads are not available for my market?
Contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make them available to you.
Do you offer training on how to access the various tools and resources available on the Leaders Elite Web site?
Yes. Each of the services we provide comes with a minimum of one Webinar per month that explains in plain English how to use that particular service to its full benefit.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
By simply creating an account here, you can enjoy free, unlimited access to the Leaders Elite Web site for 30 days. After your 30-day trial ends, we will automatically bill your credit card the normal monthly fee of $95 plus a one-time $100 setup fee.
If you wish to avoid having your credit card charged, simply contact us before your 30-day trial period has ended.
Do I get charged for the $100 set-up fee now or in 30 days?
After the 30 days. The first charge is actually $195: your $95 monthly fee and a one-time $100 set-up fee.
If I decide to join Leaders Elite, how often will I be billed?
Once monthly. For example, if you signed up on April 24, your 30-day free trial would last until May 24. Billing would then begin on May 25.
Can agents share their Leaders Elite login with other team members?
No. Training real estate professionals across North America bears a significant cost. If everyone benefiting from our proven Leaders Elite training and knowledge has their own account, we can continue to provide the No. 1 real estate training in the industry.

I have friends in another city. Can they become part of Leaders Elite?
Yes. In fact, for every new registration you send our way, we’ll waive your membership fee for one month.
Once I sign up for Leaders Elite, will I start receiving tons of e-mails from you?
No. The only e-mails we send will be to notify you about upcoming webinars, activity planner notifications, password changes and links to newly available Webinars.
How does group coaching work?
Group coaching is conducted through a phone call where the first 25 participants interact with professional coach Ron Alpert on a range of relevant real estate topics. Other participants can benefit from listening in on the call, but won’t have the ability to ask or answer questions. The number is limited to 25 to keep the session more personal, so be sure to sign up early.
Do you record the group coaching calls and the Webinars?
Yes. All group coaching calls are recorded. We have well over 100 webinars that have been recorded on a whole host of real estate- and success-related topics. They are available for download 24/7.
